Delivery Information



Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. 

We can arrange Next Day deliveries on most of products, please call us on 0114 3450212 if you require something urgently. 

A signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to accept and assist with the delivery – any re-deliveries will incur further charges. Slatwall Panels are large bulky items and will require two persons for off-loading. All deliveries must be signed accordingly (if there is any damages / shortage).

All Slatwall Panels are delivered on a pallet. Deliveries are made between 8am to 6pm – unfortunately, we are unable to specify a delivery time.

Please provide a contact number and any delivery restrictions during checkout, this is very important if your delivery address is unusual or difficult to find.
   
Our Delivery charges for 8ft Slatwall Panels (2 Pallet Delivery) will incur a flat rate of £125 and 4ft Slatwall Panels (1 Pallet Delivery) will incur a flat rate of £75 to mainland UK (Up to 40 Panels ). There may be a surcharge on the above rates if the delivery address is in the Highlands or other mainland extremities (i.e. postcodes like AB, PA, DD, EX, EH, G, PH, TR, IV, SY PL, TQ, LL, CA, E, EC, WC, W1, W2,) Please give us a call on 0114 3450212 to confirm.

If you need small quantities of 8ft Slatwall Panels, consider taking 4 x 4 as these can be joined together from 1/2 groove to make a full panel and after installing insert the joining line is not visible and this will be same as an 8ft x 4ft board. This way you can save on delivery charges instead of paying £125 you will only pay £75. Please call us to discuss on 0114 345 0212.

We use haulage companies to deliver, delivery dates for goods, though given in good faith, is estimates only and is subject to the relevant stock being available. We accept no responsibility and the purchaser has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed due to unseen reasons.

Any damages or shortages must be reported by 12pm the day following delivery. Failure to report under this term will result in no obligation to the seller.

  • DELIVERY DRIVER IS NOT OUR EMPLOYEE AND IS ONLY INSURED TO GET DELIVERY TO YOUR SITE, HE IS NOT ABLE TO HELP YOU TO OFFLOAD.
  • ALL ITEMS ON PALLET ARE SECURED WITH METAL BANDING, FOR A HANDBALLED DELIVERY (IN CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE FORKLIFT TRUCK) YOU NEED TO CUT THE BANDING. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SOME STRONG WIRE CUTTING TOOL / PLIERS.
  • CHECK ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY NOTE, IF SOME ITEMS ARE SHORT / DAMAGE WRITE IT ON DELIVERY NOTE AND CALL US ON 01143450212.
  • ALL DAMAGES / SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY.
